Return/Refund Policy:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to initial with us the return of the product you purchased from our website. You understand that all costs associated with the return of the product is your responsibility and you hold 72Comics harmless to any costs incurred in the return process.
We do NOT accept returns or cancellation on any Pre-Order product on our website. We accept returns on in-stock items that arrive damaged due to improper handling and/or delivery ONLY. We do NOT accept returns or refund/partial refunds for any product that your purchase for any other circumstance.
If your item arrives damaged, it must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with documentation (photos of any damage sustained via delivery handling of the package - both of the product and the original packaging). We have the right to accept or deny your return based on the information that you provide to us for the damaged product/parcel. We have the right to ship our products with tracking and insurance for the content of delivery. If insurance is purchased for the content you have purchased, which had arrived damaged, prior to the return a claim will be open with the delivery company for damaged content whereby you agree to assist in resolving the claim for a refund to us the merchant prior to processing your return in full. Once the item it return in the condition it had arrived to you (damaged), and a refund has been processed securely through the delivery company to us the merchant, your full refund will be issued.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@72comics.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will not be refunded.
Return/Refund/Re-Delivery Exceptions:
If your item arrives and the content is not what you have ordered, you have 15-days to contact us and let us know that the incorrect content/product was delivered. You must provide us with photos of the content that had arrived and the original receipt/packaging slip/or proof of purchase to initiate a Return/Refund/or re-delivery of the correct content. We have the right to accept or deny any exceptions to this term based on the information provided to us in the 15 days after receiving your item.
Cancellations:
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
